Exterior Design & Fabrication

Architectural Elements in Kuwait – Custom Cladding and Screens

Metal and composite panels, decorative screens, canopies and lighting details fabricated to give a building character as well as function.

The details that people notice on a well-designed building are rarely accidental: the texture of a cladding panel, the pattern of a screen, the shadow cast by a canopy over an entrance. Our architectural elements service fabricates these features to bring your concept, or your architect’s, into the real world with precision. The work is custom, so dimensions, finishes and details are agreed with you before any metal is cut.

We work with metals, composites and glass-compatible fixings, and we are comfortable with both new builds and refurbishments, often working alongside main contractors and consultants to keep programmes moving. Where signage is part of the design, we coordinate the elements with your façade branding, and where the interior needs to echo the exterior language, our commercial interior designers can carry the theme inside.

Why Choose ThnkTank for Architectural Elements

  • Material Expertise

We advise on metals, coatings and composites based on performance in heat, dust and humidity as well as on appearance.

  • Custom Fabrication

Parts are made to your drawings and tolerances rather than adapted from stock, so fit and finish are consistent.

FAQ

Architectural Elements – Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work from an architect’s drawings?
Yes. We regularly fabricate from consultant drawings and will prepare shop drawings for approval. If you only have a concept, our design team can develop it with you.
Which materials do you use for cladding and screens?
Typically aluminium, stainless steel, powder-coated steel and composite panels, selected for the location and finish you want. We can recommend options once we know the exposure and budget.
Can lighting be built into screens and canopies?
It can, and it usually looks best when planned from the start. We integrate LED outlines, backlighting and uplighting so wiring and fixtures stay concealed and serviceable.
Do you work on refurbishment as well as new buildings?
Yes. Refreshing a tired façade with new cladding, a canopy or a screen is a cost-effective way to modernise a property without major structural work.
